    Hi John ..

Being looking in for a few months now and you have really given me the bug for grilling and BBq .. Just got myself a Weber kettle and loving it .. So far I have roasted a pork loin . Roast leg of lamb – peeking style duck and a Roast beef joint , all of which were Great tasting .. there really is now substitute for outdoor cooking .. Any other great tips for cooking on the Weber kettle would be greatly appreciated ..

Keep up the good work !!

    John,

Thanks for the all-grain video series. I took a seven year hiatus from brewing…(I also have a seven year-old daughter, oddly enough), and, although I’d done several all-grain batches years ago, I was rusty. I repurchased pretty much everything, so this helped me get back into it quickly and comfortably. I especially appreciate your relaxed tone. Some brewers’ videos made it seem like a .25 degree difference in mash temperature resulted in a ruined batch of beer. Maybe if you’re professional, I suppose! Anyway, I’d like to see a batch made with some additives…a pumpkin ale maybe? Or maybe a lager? Also, if you keg any I’d like to see what type of set up you have. Thanks.
